Capability map
Three roles, seven capabilities, and how I wrote them into AI skills so one person can run it all.

A new product line comes in: first know who to talk to and what to say
Once we decide to carry a product, I work out which race it's in, the key issues, what makes it different, who it's up against and who's most worth talking to. Then I decide where the first leads will come from, plan the launch, and turn it into product pages, events and ads.

Everything marketing does should trace back to revenue
Each year I break sales goals into a marketing plan: which product lines and industries to focus on, how many leads and opportunities to bring in. Marketing resources follow that plan.
See the evidenceEvery marketing activity has a point where I look back: conversion from lead to opportunity to deal, stage by stage, fixing the stage where things stall first.

AI skill map
Each skill is a role with a set way of working. Three layers: role → capability → skill. Select any box to see what it produces; lines show hand-offs.

Bringing in pipeline still leans on judgment, and AI is catching up there. The dashed boxes are what comes next. This shows which roles exist, what each produces and how they connect. The prompts and frameworks inside each role stay private.
